About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Flashline Logistics website and any enquiry or application you submit through it. By using the site you accept them. Delivery services themselves are supplied under a separate written contract; where that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract takes precedence.

Using this site

• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not copy, republish or reuse our content, branding or photography without written permission.
• Information on the site is provided for general guidance. Service availability, coverage and pricing are confirmed only in writing.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. No booking is confirmed until we have accepted it in writing. Quotations remain valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

Driver applications

Applying through this site does not guarantee an offer of work. All applications are subject to identity, right-to-work, licence and reference checks. Engagement terms, including whether a role is employed or self-employed, are set out separately before any work begins.

Service delivery

Delivery timescales, liability for goods, insurance cover and claims procedures are set out below. We may perform any part of the service ourselves or through third-party carriers and subcontractors that we engage on your behalf. Our liability for loss or damage to goods in transit, whether carried by us directly or by a subcontracted carrier, is limited to £10 per kilogram of the consignment's gross weight, except where such liability cannot lawfully be limited under English law. Claims for loss or damage must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within 28 days of the date the consignment was accepted for carriage). We are not liable for delay unless a specific delivery time was agreed in writing.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business arising from use of this site.

Intellectual property

The Flashline Logistics name, logo, site design, text and photography are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
